We are looking for a Procurement Operations Associate (French Speaker) to join our Source to Pay team in Cairo. In this role, you will support procurement operations by managing transactional activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and service levels, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

A Day in the Life:

Processing Operations

  • Monitor blocked and parked invoices and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Follow up on open items and support the closure of GR/IR balances.
  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.

Compliance & Performance

  • Ensure data quality, including required delivery dates, terms, and conditions.
  • Monitor compliance KPIs, track monthly performance, and support gap-closing actions.
  • Follow up on P2P performance indicators, including PO automation and invoice processing efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Promote an end-to-end mindset and foster collaboration within the business.
  • Deliver a customer-focused service experience to procurement partners.

Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Develop an understanding of the end-to-end procurement process and its impact on stakeholders.
  • Participate in process trainings, knowledge transfer sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English.
  • 0-1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
