About the Role

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will support the Procurement team by ensuring procurement documentation, operational data, and processes are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business requirements.

Working closely with Buyers, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders, you will provide day-to-day operational support, maintain procurement documentation and ERP data, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

As part of our Procurement organization, you will join an international team that works closely with colleagues across multiple functions to support efficient procurement operations and deliver high-quality service to the business. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your procurement and supply chain expertise while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a global organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement team.

  • Assist Buyers with routine procurement activities and follow-up tasks.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain procurement documentation, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Ensure controlled documents are accurate and reflect current practices.

  • Maintain procurement data, ERP records, and Excel trackers.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and up to date across relevant systems and platforms.

  • Support audits and compliance activities by providing accurate documentation when required.

  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Approximately 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a similar operational role.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
