About the Opportunity

The Procurement Operations Analyst will be accountable for undertaking a range of analytical and support activities within the procurement team including supplier onboarding, due diligence and master data management, supplier/supply chain risk, and financial analysis.

Here’s a further glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct and analyse supplier due diligence for RACV Group (through Jaggaer), in conjunction with Procurement Business Partners (as required).
  • Proactively identify industry trends and developments to assist RACV to better manage its supply chain risks.
  • Implement agreed continuous improvement initiatives for Procurement processes and technology
  • Derive meaningful insights from a variety of differing and complex datasets for decision-making
  • Manage and maintain RACV’s procurement technology (Jaggaer) and integration with other RACV technologies.
  • Provide Level 1-2 support of Procurement Technology including bug fixes, supplier escalations, new system / process scoping and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows and system integrations, including data dictionaries and training materials
  • Support regular reporting of procurement metrics, achievements, supply chain data (including, but not limited to spend, contract and risks) and other appropriate information to deliver value to key stakeholders and decision makers within the organisation.

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce or Economics (desirable)
  • Strong and demonstrable experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint skills from gathering raw data to transforming them into actionable insights and presentation for decision-making purposes.
  • Knowledge or experience with Procurement concepts, high level objectives and function activities.
  • Knowledge of general supply-chain risks trends and considerations
  • Experience with Source-to-Contract solutions such as Jaggaer, Zycus, Ariba (desirable)
  • Experience with ERP Purchasing solutions such as Oracle Fusion or SAP (desirable)
  • Ability to provide professional, responsive customer service to people with varying needs.
  • Customer/member service experience, dealing with a wide range of people.
  • Proven skills and experience in developing and managing complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Factual, data-driven decision making.
  • Articulate communicator / presenter.
  • Problem solving and analytics.
