
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Drive compliance to the Bank’s Procurement Policy and Governance process for all Purchase Orders issued
• Establish and drive standardization of purchases in the procurement process bank wide.
• Proactively work with Category Management to implement the category related procurement activities for the financial year and periodically review the category spend.
• Collaborate with Category Management on contract negotiations with suppliers to issue Purchase Orders for category related items/services to ensure best value with regards to pricing and quality.
• Ensure that issuance of Purchase Orders is in accordance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance for Procurement Operations Officers.
•Ensure proper Procurement Helpdesk Management.
•Assigning FBDI requests logged via SLA to Team members.
• Liaise with IT to provide resolutions on issues experienced with Purchase Orders issuance.
• Liaise and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure prompt treatment of PO and payments within Bank’s TAT.
