Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Procurement Officer / Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Handle BQMS system operation including bidding/quotation and vendor registration process and ensure its smooth operation
- Implement headquarter marketing procurement policy within the Company
- Handle the administration of purchasing activities and ensure its smooth operation, mainly in bidding & quotation
- Ensure sources of supply are established by appropriate and competitive means
- Manage vendor pool by sourcing & evaluation of new vendor, and periodic performance review for exiting vendors
- Negotiate with vendors for better price and terms and conditions in the supply of goods and services
- Take up any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 years’ procurement working experience, preferably in marketing field; experienced in sourcing, price comparison and negotiation
- Experience on computerized procurement system is a plus
- Self-motivated, work independently and good communications skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
