Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Procurement Officer to join our team at our Marousi premises.

The Procurement Officer will support the day-to-day procurement activities, with a focus on contract administration, purchase order management, spend analysis and procurement data management. The role will contribute to maintaining accurate procurement information, supporting reporting activities and ensuring the effective administration and continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

What you will do:

Contract Management & Administration

  • Maintain the contracts repository
  • Upload and update contracts in SAP and SharePoint
  • Track contract expiration and renewal dates

Procurement Administration

  • Create and monitor POs with complex payment terms (eg milestones)

Category Management Support

  • Supplier mapping per spend category
  • Update and Maintain Price Lists (eg in consumables)

Spend Analytics

  • Consolidate spend data from SAP and other sources
  • Support category managers with basic spend analysis
  • Prepare spend reports by supplier and category (and site if possible)

Procurement Digitalization

  • Support SAP clean-up activities
  • Assist in standardizing supplier and spend category /material coding in a Procurement baseline

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or a related function
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably in a Procurement/Purchasing environment

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with and organize procurement data.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and Purchase Order management
  • Familiarity with spend reporting and basic data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
