About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Procurement Officer for a manufacturing business based in Chonburi. This role is suitable for candidates who already have hands-on purchasing or procurement experience in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment and are looking to continue building their career in a structured procurement function.

The role will support day-to-day purchasing activities across both direct and indirect procurement, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely sourcing, purchase order execution, and smooth coordination with operations.

Candidates with experience using Oracle ERP in procurement workflows will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and purchasing operations
• Handle RFQs, quotation comparison, supplier coordination, and purchase order processing
• Assist in sourcing activities for both direct materials and indirect purchasing requirements
• Follow up on purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production, planning, engineering, warehouse, and other internal teams
• Maintain purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documents accurately in the system
• Support cost comparison and negotiation processes with guidance from senior team members where needed
• Help monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and responsiveness
• Ensure purchasing activities follow internal procedures and approval processes
• Use Oracle
  or related ERP systems to process and track procurement transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or buyer-type roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Background at Procurement Officer, Purchasing Officer, Buyer, Junior Buyer, or similar level
• Exposure to either direct materials, indirect purchasing, or both
• Experience using Oracle ERP or Oracle-based procurement systems
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Able to work well in a fast-moving operational environment
• Good Thai communication skills and workable English
