We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officerwith a good exposure to Australian procurementprocesses. This role will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies while driving cost-effective sourcing and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders
Ensure compliance with Australian procurement standards and company policies
Build and manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs
Maintain procurement records using ERP systems
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders
Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
With at least 5 years of procurement experience (experience in handling AU procurement is highly preferred)
Good oral and written communication skills
With experience in using ERP systems
Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule and on a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and 3 days WFH)
