The Procurement Officer manages purchasing goods and services through tendering or bidding, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery with integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate suppliers/products for best value, quality, and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, coordinating with departments and suppliers.
  • Monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain supplier records and assess performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships to uphold quality and contract terms.
  • Align procurement activities with company strategy and legal requirements.
  • Track inventory levels and order materials as needed.
  • Support ad hoc reports and projects.
  • Uphold fairness and transparency in all procurement processes.

Main Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Organized, flexible, with good problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with data analysis and numbers.
  • Effective communication in English and Khmer; other languages are a plus.
