Job Description

  • Review and validate Purchase Requests (PRs) for completeness, compliance, and correct categorization, validate pricing, supplier alignment, and contract availability
  • Identify sourcing requirements and initiate RFx where applicable, resolve discrepancies between PRs, quotations, and contract terms, engage stakeholders to correct errors and ensure readiness for sourcing
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and preferred supplier base, execute end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) aligned with category strategies
  • Identify and shortlist suppliers based on defined criteria and category alignment, conduct market analysis, supplier research, and benchmarking
  • Develop commercial and technical evaluation models, manage supplier communications and clarifications during sourcing events
  • Support evaluation, supplier selection, and award recommendations, ensure alignment with cost, quality, risk, and compliance objectives
  • Perform cost analysis and benchmarking across supplier bids, support commercial negotiations (pricing, payment terms, contractual terms)
  • Drive alignment between stakeholders and suppliers on commercial outcomes, prepare sourcing recommendations and business cases for approvals
  • Identify catalogue opportunities based on spend patterns and recurring demand, drive standardization and compliance through catalogue adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to define catalogue scope and content
  • Support catalogue creation, validation, testing, and system enablement, ensure alignment with preferred supplier strategy and procurement policies
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including - NDA initiation and execution, contract drafting, amendments, renewals, and extensions and commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders for inputs and approvals, manage contract redlining, version control, and execution
  • Ensure proper documentation, storage, and audit readiness, track contract validity, expiry, and renewal timelines
  • Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and due diligence processes, coordinate supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding workflows
  • Facilitate supplier risk assessments and evaluation processes, support supplier performance tracking and issue resolution
  • Support RFx and e-auction activities including - Event setup and configuration, Supplier onboarding and communication and response tracking and consolidation
  • Prepare bid comparison summaries and sourcing reports, support auction execution and documentation of results
  • Manage NDA administration, contract documentation, and repository updates, coordinate approval workflows (LOA) and track approval status, act as key interface for business stakeholders and GCMs
  • Track sourcing performance metrics: Lead time, SLA adherence and Quality/accuracy
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements, standardize sourcing templates, processes, and tools
  • Support digital and automation initiatives (including AI use cases)

You have:

  • Graduate Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in procurement / sourcing with strong experience across tactical sourcing and contract lifecycle management
  • Exposure to RFx tools and e-sourcing platforms, experience in indirect procurement categories preferred
  • Deep understanding of sourcing and contracting processes

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage high-volume, multi-project environment

  • Power Platform knowledge is an advantage
