What you´ll do

• Continuously build and maintain in-depth portfolio knowledge including packaging market characteristics, cost drivers, value chain transparency and supplier landscape.
  
• Develop and execute long term portfolio strategy, aligned with business priorities, development and manufacturing needs and sustainability goals.
  
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships with global, regional, and local packaging suppliers.
  
• Lead high impact negotiations with local, regional and global players.
  
• Drive total cost of ownership optimization across materials, logistics, complexity, etc.

What makes you a good fit

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with significant focus on packaging, preferably in industrial manufacturing fields.
  
• Proven experience operating in complex, multinational environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong track record managing senior supplier relationships and high-value negotiations.
  
• Experience working across APAC / global supply markets is a strong advantage.
