InterContinental Sapporoでは、ホテル全体の調達・購買業務を担う 調達マネージャーを募集しています。食材や備品の調達を通じて、ホテルのあらゆる部門と連携し、最高のゲスト体験を支えるやりがいのあるポジションです。

職務内容

  • ホテル全体の調達・購買業務を担当し、円滑なホテル運営を支える
  • 各部門と連携し、食材・飲料・備品・消耗品などを適切なタイミングで調達する
  • 発注、納品、検品、在庫管理を行い、必要な商品を安定して供給する
  • サプライヤーとの信頼関係を構築し、新たな調達先の開拓を行う
  • 価格・品質・納期を比較・交渉し、最適な購買を実現する
  • 北海道産の食材や商品の活用を推進し、ホテルならではの価値創出に貢献する
  • 購買予算・コスト・在庫を管理し、効率的で持続可能な運営をサポートする
  • 請求書や発注内容を確認し、正確な購買・会計管理を行う
  • 品質基準を維持しながら、業務改善やコスト最適化を推進する
  • シェフや各部門、サプライヤーと連携し、ホテル全体のオペレーションを支える

応募資格

  • ホテル・飲食業界または関連業界での購買・調達経験をお持ちの方歓迎
  • 営業、法人営業、仕入れ、サプライチェーン、在庫管理、店舗運営などの経験をお持ちの方も歓迎
  • 食材・飲料・ホテル備品に関する知識をお持ちの方歓迎
  • 優れた交渉力・コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
  • 数字を扱うことが得意で、コスト管理や在庫管理に興味のある方
  • チームワークを大切にし、多くの部署と協力しながら仕事を進められる方
  • 基本的なPCスキル(ExcelWordOutlookなど)
  • 荷物の搬入・検品などの業務に対応できる方
  • 英語でコミュニケーションができる方は歓迎します

Procurement Manager

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join the team at InterContinental Sapporo In this role, you'll work closely with departments across the hotel, ensuring our teams have the products, ingredients, and supplies they need to create exceptional guest experiences.

Bring your passion, curiosity, and ideas—and help shape one of Hokkaido's premier luxury hotels.

  • Lead the hotel's procurement and purchasing activities to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Partner with departments across the hotel to source food, beverages, equipment, and operating supplies
  • Manage purchasing, receiving, inspections, and inventory to ensure products are available when needed
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve the best balance of quality, value, and service
  • Support local sourcing initiatives and help showcase the finest products and ingredients from Hokkaido
  • Monitor purchasing budgets, inventory, and costs to drive operational efficiency
  • Review purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate purchasing and financial records
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, department leaders, and suppliers to support exceptional hotel operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, sales, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
  • Candidates with strong commercial, supplier management, negotiation, or inventory management experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of food ingredients, beverages, and hotel operating supplies is an advantage
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with budgets, inventory, and financial data
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
  • Physically able to assist with receiving deliveries and lifting heavier items when required
  • English language skills are an advantage
