Procurement Manager Indirects

Based: Sofia, Bulgaria

Reports to: Country Procurement Head

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local commercial and indirect spend categories in Bulgaria, supporting the development and execution of divisional and local category strategies aligned with business goals. The role delivers strategic sourcing across Marketing and Creative Agency services, multiple commercial and indirect categories, working closely with key stakeholders to drive value, ensure compliance, and manage risk.

What will you do:

  • Drive divisional and category strategy development and execution.
  • Lead sourcing activities and supplier negotiations for local portfolios.
  • Own contract lifecycle, including LCA creation and compliance.
  • Manage local and regional suppliers with a focus on performance, OTIF, and risk.
  • Drive supplier scorecards, trials, and structured issue escalation.
  • Deliver annual cost savings and VOP initiatives, including innovation and sustainability.
  • Manage category risks and opportunities at country/cluster level.
  • Lead category AOP planning and support local budgets and LRP ambitions.
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships and secure strategic buying.
  • Provide accurate data input, financial planning, and commodity insights.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and outcomes.
  • Structured, balanced approach in complex or fastchanging situations.
  • Solid understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to negotiate competitive commercial terms while balancing cost, quality, and service.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders in a matrix or project environment.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Procurement or a related commercial role, with exposure to multinational teams.
  • Experience with SAP and contract/spend analysis tools; background may include Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Agencies, or Project Management or other if it has taught you to procure best deals.
