At Maersk, we don’t just move cargo — we move ambitions, opportunities, and entire supply chains forward. As a global leader in integrated logistics, we are transforming how goods move across borders and markets, making supply chains simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.
We are looking for a Procurement Manager – European Road Freight (LTL / FTL) to join our Logistics & Services Procurement organisation. The role is flexibly located within Europe, reflecting the pan-European scope and enabling us to attract the best possible talent.
This role combines strategic direction with hands-on, tactical procurement execution in a fast-paced, international environment.
As Procurement Manager, you will act as a commercial and operational business partner for European road freight, managing a complex carrier ecosystem across LTL and FTL networks, covering both domestic and cross-border flows.
You will contribute to category strategy development while remaining closely involved in day-to-day sourcing, negotiations, rate management, contract execution, and performance follow-up.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Product (MGF, LCL, MEC), Network Design, HSSE, Finance, Legal, Sustainability, and Digital teams across Europe and globally.
At Maersk, you don’t just fill a role — you help shape the future of global logistics. You will join an international organisation with strong ownership, trust, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
You can expect exposure to European road freight markets at scale, close collaboration with product and logistics teams, and strong professional development opportunities.
We review applications on an ongoing basis. If you are excited to drive procurement impact across European road freight (LTL / FTL), we look forward to hearing from you.
