We work closely with our colleagues in Product Supply and our regional teams throughout the globe to ensure supply of our Active Ingredients, Intermediates and Chemical Raw Materials. We partner with a broad variety of other functions to build the best souring strategy to our business. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Implement and execute regional category strategies and initiatives, in close collaboration with PRO LATAM Category Managers, for Technical Goods and Services according to PRO operating model, ensuring alignment, compliance with Procurement guideline, as well as other internal/external process standards and delivery of required business performance in his/her region or sub-category / project - Support Project Procurement Lead with the development and execution of the procurement strategy and sourcing tasks for the assigned capital invest projects, according to the Procurement operating model;
• Local stakeholder interface and execution of the packages plans, according to PRO Operating model - Actively ensure TechCom Brazil requirements are made transparent and needs are incorporated into regional / local process & system decisions or other improvement initiatives through feedback and appropriate involvement / participation;
• Support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for TechCom Categories - Support execution & implementation of regional category strategy, on a local level, in close alignment with PRO LATAM Category Managers - Foster cross-PA experience exchange and learnings for process related topics and for implementation strategies of global/regional initiatives (change and communication optimization.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Must have:

• Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Business Management or Accounting;
• Very high level of stakeholder engagement skills combined with influencing & engagement skills across cultures, hierarchies and across functions - Strong background including practical expertise in procurement processes (operational, tactical and strategic), systems and methodologies (e.g. category management, supplier management and sourcing), preferably across multiple;
• Procurement Areas - Regional market insights and category expertise;
• Change management and project management;
• Advanced English and Portuguese is a must, Spanish or another additional language preferred;
• Financial acumen ;
• Analytical decision making;
• Able to work in a global and virtual working environment;
• High proficiency level in English and Portuguese is a must, Spanish or another additional language preferred;
• Good knowledge about national taxes and legal stipulations; Strong SAP/BI knowledge;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have:

Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (written and spoken).
