About this Position

• Facilitates and drives CMTG project management processes by AD side via sourcing activities by following global MoB process. Closely working with AO 3PM, AD teams, PD, SBU to deliver the result.
  
• Continuously reports project status and actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress/status.
  
• Continuously improves delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team.
  
• Deliver AD KPI under MoB.
  
• Performs project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor as required.
  

What you´ll do

• Delivery CMTG projects per assigned NW/Tech.
  
• Business and financial analysis to support and track CMTG strategy execution.
  
• Provide support to CMTG strategy implementation, transformation and driving for procurement excellence improvements.
  
• CMTG Process implementation.
  
• Support the CMTG transformation and Roadmap in APAC.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree & above; master's degree and MBA preferred.
  
• 5+ years’ experience in 3PM, Procurement, project management related field; experience in management consulting or strategy development is a plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skill.
  
• Good structural and strategic thinking capability.
  
• Procurement experience and supplier management skills.
  
• Proven ability to strategy development and implementation.
  
• Excellent communication skill.
  
• Strong team collaboration.
