Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

Drive end‑to‑end procurement operations for baking and pastry production by sourcing essential food ingredients, packaging, and operational materials for central kitchens and retail outlets. Align purchasing activities with production demand, inventory planning, and cost‑control requirements across high‑volume bakery environments. Secure reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and ensure consistent material availability to maintain uninterrupted production cycles

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field.
• Over 8 years of procurement experience within Food & Beverage and Hospitality, with direct exposure to bakery and pastry operations.
• Strong background in sourcing food ingredients, packaging, and operational materials used in baking and pastry production.
• Experience in commercial agreements, price negotiations, and contract management with suppliers servicing bakery and F&B sectors.
• Competence in demand planning, inventory control, and procurement reporting.
• Holds a transferable visa (Article 18 – Kuwait)
