Procurement & Supplier Management

1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ) purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and contract management.

1. Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, consumables, and services.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and reliable supply.

1. Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to identify new products, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.

1. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service agreements, and commercial contracts to achieve best value for the business.

1. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues relating to quality, pricing, delivery, and service levels.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

1. Develop procurement plans based on business demand forecasts and operational requirements.

1. Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and wastage.

1. Coordinate with fourth-party logistics (4PL) providers to ensure uninterrupted supply to operations by maintaining adequate stock levels.

1. Identify potential supply risks and implement contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions.

Product Development & Cost Optimisation

1. Partner with Culinary and Operations teams on new menu development, product sourcing, and ingredient selection.

1. Recommend alternative products and suppliers to improve quality, availability, and cost efficiency.

1. Review recipes, ingredients, and procurement specifications to support food cost optimisation without compromising quality.

1. Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and ingredient availability to support business planning.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

1. Ensure all purchased products comply with food safety regulations, company quality standards, and applicable legislation.

1. Work closely with Nutrition and Operations team to maintain allergen management

1. Monitor vendor product quality and track non-compliance issues..

1. Ensure procurement documentation, import requirements, licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance are maintained.

ERP, Reporting & Administration

1. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of procurement, supplier, pricing, and inventory data within the ERP system.

1. Verify purchase orders, invoices, goods received, and procurement records for accuracy.

1. Prepare procurement, inventory, supplier performance, and cost analysis reports for management review.

1. Analyse procurement trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance.
2. Review process efficiency through automation.

Manage Team

1. Lead, coach, and develop 1 team member.

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve procurement planning and operational efficiency.

1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement processes, inventory management, supplier performance, and cost control.

1. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
