• Lead all non-technology procurement activities across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Procurement Team Managers as well as direct reports, fostering a high-performing and collaborative organization.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives and process improvement projects across multiple business units.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Monitor procurement performance, supplier KPIs, budgets, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 4-5+ years of procurement experience.

• Previous experience managing a procurement team.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in large, global organizations.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
