Job Description

You can influence outcomes and meet diverse challenges.

You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering technology procurement leadership, technology strategic sourcing, category management and commercial guidance across the procurement lifecycle, with a strong focus on the Plan and Source stages to achieve required commercial outcomes for TfNSW.

This role will see you add purpose through developing technology category strategies, executing complex sourcing activities, leading negotiations, analysing markets and innovation trends, guiding and partnering with business units, coaching team members, building procurement capability and strengthening supplier arrangements.

You will lead, navigate and build improved value‑for‑money outcomes, operational efficiencies and strategic procurement influence in a fast‑paced, commercially sensitive, stakeholder‑diverse and evolving policy environment where early engagement, risk mitigation and clear communication are essential.
