We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our company's purchasing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Manager will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and maintaining inventory levels to meet the company's operational needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement strategies that support the company's goals and objectives

- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Evaluate supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
