  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships across local and international markets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and supply arrangements that deliver value, reliability, and long-term strategic benefit.
  • Analyse spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in procurement performance.

  • Work closely with Project, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align procurement outcomes with budgets, timelines, working capital, and delivery targets.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable procurement processes that support a growing regional business with diverse project and operational requirements.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally within technical, manufacturing, infrastructure, telecom, or related project-based environments.
  • Strong background in supplier sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and commercial contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cost reductions, procurement efficiencies, and supplier performance improvements.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors across international markets.
  • Working knowledge of ERP or procurement systems, ideally including NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Professional certification in procurement, contract management, or supply chain is advantageous.
