Procurement Manager

Your new role

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic management of indirect spend across Thailand with a focus on optimizing and leveraging procurement processes and expenditures. This position will report toAssociate Director, Finance and Operations.

Other duties include but not limited to:

• Drive implementation and execution of procurement strategy established by Regional Office. Refine procurement processes to align with changing market conditions and achieve business objectives, ultimately creating value.
• Acting as business partner for the commercial departments to support delivery of external event
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers to ensure they meet company standards and requirements. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing suppliers to ensure ongoing quality of service and goods and innovation.
• Implement and adhere to procurement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to compare procurement performance against industry standards and identify opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day procurement activities to ensure smooth operations, adherence to the strategy and policy.
• Circular for Zero: assist in the process of reducing CO2 emissions across the value chain. Ensure that suppliers are compiled and dedicated to the business practices.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field to procurement
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement or other related fields
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
