The Project Procurement Specialist supports the execution of procurement activities for large, complex customer projects delivering industrial equipment for critical data center infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Procurement Leader, this role is embedded within cross-functional project teams and is responsible for detailed procurement execution, supplier coordination, and supply risk tracking in support of on-time customer deliveries.
The Specialist plays a hands-on role in ensuring supply assurance by monitoring material readiness, identifying emerging supply risks, supporting the development and execution of mitigation actions, and maintaining accurate, timely communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers. This role operates at a detailed level across multiple projects and components while contributing to broader supply risk prevention strategies led by the Project Procurement Leader.
