Responsibilities
· Handle procurement activities in an Engineering Organisation
· Vendors evaluation & sourcing to ensure cost effective purchase and on time delivery
· Handle/preparing of import /export shipping documentations
· Coordinate and arrange with forwarders/customers/suppliers on shipping related issues
· Monitoring of incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
· Diploma or its equivalent
· Experience in oil & gas related industry is an added advantage
· Minimum of 5 years procurement & logistic/shipping experience
· Familiar with SAPB1
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Meticulous with positive working attitude
• Risk Management Cert
• Safe Management Officer (SMO) Cert
