The Procurement Intern will support the Production Material Purchasing team by contributing to key projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role offering real-world experience in procurement operations within a global manufacturing environment. Interns will present their work and recommendations to the leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
Assist the Production Material Purchasing team with daily operations and strategic initiatives
Develop and present process improvement concepts to leadership
Engage cross-functionally to understand business processes and challenges
Support risk assessments and audit activities across departments
Contribute to procurement documentation and vendor interactions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering from an accredited institution
Minimum GPA of 3.5
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
