We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in Procurement at Kraft Heinz.

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers you a unique opportunity to broaden your knowledge, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and get useful trainings. You will work on your own projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Within Kraft Heinz Procurement you will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day procurement functions and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies in the world. Most importantly, you will get to showcase your initiatives and receive exposure from Management team.

Depending on your profile, experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our procurement leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams within procurement:

  • Procurement Co-Pack

  • Procurement Indirect

  • Procurement Finance

  • Procurement Operations

  • Procurement Ingredients

  • Procurement Packaging

  • Procurement Logistics

If you have a preference, this will be taken into consideration.


Some of the key activities will be:

  • Market analysis by portfolio and assist on Buyers financials reporting

  • Contact suppliers and support on Buyers’ negotiation

  • Assist Category Leads and Buyers in day-to-day tasks at hand e.g. Contract management, invoice resolution, supplier queries, Purchase Order approvals

  • Exposure to Stakeholder management (internal and external), R&D and Food Safety Quality

  • Update and maintain the purchasing database

Qualifications
Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.

  • You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree.

    • Preferably Economics, Business Administration or Engineering

  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • NOTE: EU working rights are required

What we offer you

  • Program start date: June/July

  • Duration: 6 months.

  • Allowance: 625 euro/month.

  • Full reimbursement of travel expenses (also for bike)
