Job Description

The Procurement Indirect Specialist for Hispanic Countrieswill lead the procurement of indirect goods and servicesacross key categories— Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal—within the Hispanic Countries region in Latin America. This role ensures compliance with company policies and procedureswhile driving cost efficiencies, process optimization, and securing the best commercial conditionsfor the business.
The role holds strategic and financial ownershipof these categories and builds strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support Kraft Heinzbusiness objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories ( Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal) across the Hispanic Countries region.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Kraft Heinz’s business objectives and regional goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Legal, and other departments) to define service needs and align sourcing strategies with business goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance with company standards, and alignment with business needs.
  • Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across categories.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Support all markets in the region to implement optimal footprint solutions, focusing on service levels and cost efficiency with strategic suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sourcing principles.
  • Lead business review meetings with strategic suppliers, covering performance, economic topics, and continuous improvement agendas.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in category management.
  • Manage suppliers’ master data to support supply security and service level objectives.

    • Measurement: # of Suppliers under Strategic Sourcing Methodology + benefit generated to Kraft Heinz Hispanics P&L
  • Supplier market trends / industry analysis to map improvement opportunities ( 10%)
    • Measurement: % of Savings for AOP; Increment in Payment Terms Days; Cash Conversion Benefit
  • Negotiate commercial conditions aligned with company goals ( 10%)
    • Measurement: % of Savings for AOP; Increment in Payment Terms Days; Cash Conversion Benefit
  • Supplier selection with stakeholders to meet technical requirements ( 10%)
    • Measurement: % of Savings for AOP; Increment in Payment Terms Days; Cash Conversion Benefit
  • Lead contracting process with suppliers in partnership with Legal ( 10%)
    • Measurement: % contracts
  • Lead savings initiatives across categories under scope ( 10%)
    • Measurement: % of Savings for AOP; Increment in Payment Terms Days; Cash Conversion Benefit
  • Manage supplier master data ( 10%)

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • +3 yearsof experience in Procurement, with a focus on indirect categories
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • Experience in FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a multinational environment(highly preferred)
  • Strong negotiationand contract managementskills
  • Intermediate English
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba(plus)
