Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO & Capex categories procurement to create value over time.
  • Compliance with SOP’s and PR to PO Processes as per JCH Procurement Policy
  • Float RFQ through e bidding process and analysis result, negotiate and finalize the suppliers.
  • Development and purchase to support manufacturing, maintenance, engineering requirements in cost-effective solutions with year over year saving targets.
  • Determine cost-effective and efficient methods for ordering and meeting timelines as well highlight any areas of risk with mitigation plan.
  • Tracking of purchase orders and effective communication with user teams on item availability, order lead-time and order status.
  • Maintain files, records and documents related to all purchasing activities including vendor pricing and work order information for future reference.
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors for ARC and AMC agreements and negotiate favorable terms and conditions in collaboration with internal stake holders.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance departments to review and finalize ARC and AMC contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
  • Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities through ARC and AMC agreements, supplier consolidation, process improvements, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of ARC and AMC contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and tracking performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the procurement processes & commercial implications.

Qualifications

Proven experience of 7+ years as an indirect buyer, preferably in MRO, Capex, ARC, and AMC procurement.

Must be highly proficient with Project Management and Engineering Concepts for Technical discussion with supply base.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to drive decision-making.

Working experience of Operation and Procurement/tendering and engaging with cross functional stakeholders

Should have strong understating of processes and compliance with objective to improve over time.

Should have experience of Cost Built up and IT skills excel, word, ppt

Familiarity with annual rate contracts (ARC) and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) processes and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. (Oracle)

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to procurement.
