As Procurement and Housing, you will be responsible for attending the procurement and housing strategies as part of LATAM countries and for introducing and developing best practices. In this role, you will have strategic responsibilities both upstream and downstream, including engaging with thought leaders, developing positioning and supporting planning and execution throughout the internal customer procurement cycle and managing all supplier contracts. The Procurement and Housing Assistant for LATAM region will need to foster strong relationships with several key people in all the countries we have operation (currently Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru), their user community and the global procurement teams for systems, software and services that we contract to support the organization (internal use). The role reports to the Coordinator of Procurement and Housing, in Argentina, and drives location-based PR and PO developers.

This is an important role to keep everything related to Housing and Facilities on site, including maintenance, cleaning and all related partners management.

You will:

  • Implement and keep the group's global purchasing strategy for LATAM countries.

  • Analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization.

  • Develop and execute a purchasing strategy for the locations served.

  • Organize in alignment with an appropriate global or region supplier selection, contracting and governance process.

  • Efficiently organize the purchase-to-pay process with local and LATAM teams.

  • Ensure compliance in all actions and process.

  • In collaboration with suppliers and other departments, constantly seek ways to improve purchased products and services in terms of cost, quality and service.

  • Support in all activities related to housing and facilities, including rental fleet administration, and others.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or or equivalent

  • Experience is required in Purchasing, contract management and vendor evaluation.

  • Housing experience is desire.

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Ability to process problems and perform sound, objective, data-driven analysis to draw logical conclusions.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including proven ability to network cross-cultural relationships in a global environment.

  • Business acumen.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • English is required and Spanish is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Dynamics is a plus.
