Purpose of the job
The incumbent of this position is responsible for supporting the activities of the procurement department and stores at the company's headquarters. He.she must ensure that the stores, the distribution center and the head office are offered an unparalleled supply service while respecting the required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Train and support teams on good practices for procurement, inventory management and supply organization
• Act as a resource person for all matters related to the materials, equipment and logistics needs of the stores
• Visit local stores regularly to:
◦ Assess specific supply needs
◦ Validate installations and compliance with standards
◦ Offer concrete support and personalized follow-ups to teams
• Plan and coordinate shipments of non-saleable supplies for openings, renovations and one-time needs, in collaboration with the distribution center and other departments
◦ Train managers and key employees on procurement processes and the effective use of internal tools (forms, platforms, inventories, etc.)
• Analyze current supply management practices in stores in the region and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure a constant link between the head office and the stores to ensure smooth communication and rigorous follow-up of requests
• Participate in regional budget planning and inventory monitoring to support planning for future needs
• Collaborate on the implementation of sustainability and value-for-money initiatives, including waste management and recycling
• Provide logistical support during regional events or special projects involving in-store teams
• Maintain an organized, functional workspace that complies with the department's procedures
• Perform any other related task as required by the department or ongoing projects

Your profile
• Coaching and training: You train and support the in-store teams on good procurement practices, inventory management and the use of internal tools.
• Logistics coordination: You plan and coordinate the shipments of supplies, ensuring effective management of needs related to openings, renovations and day-to-day operations.
• Analysis and optimization: You evaluate the methods in place, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and reduce losses.
• Field collaboration and communication: You act as a key link between the head office and the stores, offering concrete support in the field and ensuring a rigorous follow-up of needs.

Requirements
• High school diploma;
• Three (3) years of experience in a procurement coordination position;
• Great sense of customer service;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Outlook);
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Autonomy, initiative and good business sense;
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
• Ability to manage multiple files at once.
