Job Description

We are seeking a professional to act as a Procurement Fleet Specialist in Latin America, leading initiatives, projects, and vendors related to fleet management and corporate services.

This position requires strong relationship-building skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to work in multicultural environments, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, internal customer experience, and business value generation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Partnering: Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions aligned with company strategies.
  • Project Leadership: Lead regional projects and initiatives, ensuring quality execution and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage strategic suppliers, contracts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Procurement Support: Conduct negotiations and support purchasing and contracting processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to compliance, corporate governance, and risk management requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve operational and strategic challenges, connecting different departments and promoting alignment among local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Experience: Proven experience in vendor management, internal client relations, operations, procurement, corporate benefits, insurance, corporate health, mobility, fleet, or related fields.
  • Environment: Experience working with project management and within multinational matrix organizations.
  • Skills: Solid background in compliance, governance, and process management.
  • Languages: Advanced/fluent English and Spanish are required.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
