Job Description

The Procurement & Facilities Manager leads the Procurement and Facilities functions, ensuring effective supplier management, contract negotiations, and reliable infrastructure and operational support across the organization.

This role is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and facilities operations, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, safety, and high‑quality services aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead supplier selection, qualification, risk assessment, and negotiations.
  • Manage contracts, SLAs, costs, and supplier performance (KPIs and quality metrics).
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.

Facilities

  • Oversee facilities operations, including infrastructure, maintenance, and general services.
  • Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Drive budget control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong expertise in negotiation, contracts, cost management, and supplier relationships.
  • Solid experience in Procurement / Supply Chain.
  • Experience in facilities or corporate infrastructure is a plus.
  • Background in large or multinational organizations preferred.
