  • Terms Optimization: Negotiate favorable payment and delivery terms (Incoterms) to optimize corporate cash flow and reduce logistics liabilities.
3. "Copy Exact" & Technical Alignment
  • BOM Verification: Ensure all commercial agreements and purchase orders strictly adhere to the "Golden Unit" specifications and the approved manufacturer list (AML).
  • ECN Integration: Work closely with the Technical Documentation Specialist to ensure that vendors are notified of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and that pricing is adjusted for any new material requirements.
4. Performance & Compliance Monitoring
  • Vendor Scorecards: Generate and analyze monthly supplier performance reports, tracking metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Rejection Rates, and responsiveness.
  • Audit Support: Assist the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) during technical audits by evaluating the vendor's financial stability and commercial scaling capacity.
  • ERP Integrity: Maintain clean data within the ERP system, including updated lead times, current pricing, and accurate vendor master data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) for spend analysis.
    • Basic understanding of GD&T and technical drawings to facilitate "Technical-Commercial" discussions with vendors.
