Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, comparison and review of terms and conditions, quotations and quality of
• materials or services rendered by subcontractors.
• Provide cost estimate for construction related projects.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Perform vendor assessment and qualification
• Executes project procurement plan to ensure that all awarded orders are technically and
• commercially procured at best value in a timely and accurate manner
• Creation of new vendors
• Perform Due Diligence checks on major/preferred vendors
• Submission of Quarterly PIC Report (Procurement Information Center Report)
• Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategy & Governance Policy
• Lead all supply chain activities.
• Optimize & Control the Procurement-related procedure & databases, administrative
• support and modules in ERP system including submitting of reports.
• Carry out surveillance of procurement activities to ensure compliance with control
• procedures.
• Lead team to prepare tender documents, coordination of tender process and evaluation
• of tenders.
• Ensure team complied to all HSE/CRS/information security related policies, procedures.
• Support Category management to manage some of the regional category strategy and
• synergies.
