About the Company:

Our client is a Sri Lankan company specializing in integrated services across telecommunications, renewable energy, and civil infrastructure. Established in 2018 and headquartered in Colombo, the company offers end-to-end solutions including telecom tower construction, technical installations, solar infrastructure, and civil works. Our client has partnered with global technology firms like Huawei and Ericsson, successfully completing over 170 civil infrastructure projects and 200+ technical installations in the past two years.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain supplier relationships and develop new sourcing opportunities for better value.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Strong analytical & negotiation skills.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge in MS Office and procurement software is an advantage.
