Job Description

Were looking for a Procurement Executive with at least 6 years of experience in the events and exhibitions industry to join our client which is a Semi Government Entity located in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for events and exhibition-related materials and services.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with local and international vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for projects.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Collaborate with project and production teams to understand requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and identify new potential suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in events/exhibitions.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
• Arabic-speaking candidates will be given preference (basic Arabic acceptable).
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
