Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, purchasing, contract negotiation, shipping and vendor performance management. This role focuses on ensuring materials and services are procured at the best value, quality, and timeline to support business operations.

Responsibilities
· Execute actionable procurement plan with alignment to business objectives and budget requirements.

· Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve optimal value.

· Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers, including China based vendors, on pricing, terms and delivery timelines.

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, operations, finance) to understand purchasing needs and specifications.

· Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.

· Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities.

· Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.

· Arrangement of shipping and logistic arrangement to achieve best price to service ratio.

Requirements

· Diploma or degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· Min 1 year of experience in purchasing and supply chain.

· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border and agile environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement-related tools.

· Languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Interest in the agriculture or drone industry is an advantage.

· A proactive mindset with curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
