Job Description

We are representing our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Pulau Indah, Klang As our client is expanding, they are looking for Procurement Executive to join their team.

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials needed for production, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Support in tracking stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Help maintain communication with suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries, and basic coordination tasks.
  • Assist in comparing quotes and gathering price information to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure procurement documents and processes follow company guidelines and basic regulatory requirements.
  • Help collect and organize purchasing data to support reporting and simple analysis for the procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Production and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred male candidates because has to handle inventory management tasks
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management within the manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP or ERP System for procurement and inventory management

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Other Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Medical Leaves, Allowance, Travel Allowance, Meal Allowance, Insurances, Hospitalization, Outpatient Medical Coverage

Salary: RM 2,500 - 3,500
