
You will be the Procurement Engineer Stf for the Central Procurement Engineering team. Our team is responsible for improving the supply chain and reducing supply chain risk to program performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Procurement Engineer Stf you will be responsible for supporting the Central Procurement Engineering team across the Missiles and Fire Control Supply Chain, working both independently and with program Procurement Engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and discussions to drive results
Project Management Experience
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Ability to read and interpret drawings and industry specifications
Background/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience/combined education
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified
Experience with Process Simulator, SIMIO, or other capacity analysis tools
Risk Management Experience
Statement of Work or Requirements writing experience
Ability to drive process improvements and/or root cause/corrective actions utilizing quantitative analytical methods
Strong understanding of end to end procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management
Proven ability to support cost-optimizing for affordable, high quality products on schedule and in compliance
Understanding of both FAR and Middle Tier/Rapid Acquisition Pathways
Knowledge of common missile and/or sensor subsystems and supply base
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
