Procurement Coordinator - Diamond Sector

This isn't procurement as usual. We're hiring a Procurement Coordinator to take charge of inventory, stores, and supply chain control on one of the largest kimberlite diamond operations in Angola.

You will be the engine behind a seamless warehouse, where every part, tool, and delivery matters. From enforcing procurement policies to leading stock takes, identifying shortages, and coaching your team, this role calls for discipline, detail, and serious drive.

Job duties:

• Oversee the full warehouse and distribution process, inbound, outbound, and everything in between.
• Capture invoices, deliveries, and receipts with precision.
• Track, analyse, and report on inventory levels, discrepancies, and supply trends.
• Enforce procurement compliance and safety standards.
• Manage stock layout and safe handling to reduce losses and improve access.
• Lead regular audits, quarterly stock takes, and contribute to capital planning.
• Support and supervise store personnel while maintaining discipline and climate.

Requirements:

• Experienced in mining, industrial, or remote site procurement operations.
• Meticulous with systems and records, capturing and tracking data accurately is second nature.
• Calm under pressure and confident overseeing a busy stores operation.
• Not afraid of dusty boots, long days, or logistical curveballs.
• Motivated, honest, and committed to high standards — even when no ones watching.

The Rotation:

• Based on site in Angola.
• 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
• All travel, board, and secure camp accommodation provided.
