We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Parque Industrial Queretaro's site

Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement activities by gathering data, analyzing vendor quotes, and assisting in sourcing low to mid-value goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain vendor profiles.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
  • Help negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules under the guidance of senior buyers.
  • Track purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure vendor compliance with terms.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready.
  • Monitor spending and assist with reporting on procurement metrics and cost savings.
  • Support vendor onboarding and performance evaluation processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional procurement projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of contract terms, supplier sourcing, and procurement best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or procurement platforms is an asset.
  • Understanding of inventory control processes and familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Exposure to the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
