We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Finance team and help us deliver procurement activities that provide value for money while supporting our sustainability and social responsibility ambitions.
As Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our procurement activities are efficient, compliant, sustainable and aligned to organisational priorities. You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers to deliver best value, support responsible procurement practices and help drive positive economic, social and environmental outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with procurement experience who enjoys building relationships, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing procurement activities, including tendering processes, supplier selection and contract awards.
- Supporting the effective management of purchase orders and supplier contracts.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure excellent service, value and ethical performance.
- Reviewing supplier performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and sustainability standards.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements and risk mitigation through procurement analysis.
- Producing reports and insights that demonstrate procurement performance and organisational impact.
- Supporting supplier evaluation processes, including consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.
- Helping ensure procurement activities remain compliant with relevant regulations, policies and best practice.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to support procurement-related projects and initiatives.
