The Opportunity

We're growing our Procurement & Contracts team and are seeking professionals at all levels, from Associate Procurement & Contract Manager through to Senior Procurement & Contract Manager.

Whether you're looking to build on your existing experience or you're an established commercial leader ready to take ownership of complex projects, you'll play a key role in delivering critical transmission infrastructure that supports South Australia's energy future.

Depending on your experience, you will support, manage or lead:

• Procurement and sourcing activities
• Tendering and supplier selection
• Contract negotiation and administration
• Commercial and contractual advice
• Variations, claims and risk management
• Supplier and stakeholder engagement
• Governance and approval processes
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Complex negotiations and mentoring (senior roles)

About You

We're looking for motivated, high-energy professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and thrive on delivering outcomes. You'll be proactive, solutions-focused and confident building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

• Experience in procurement, contracts, commercial management or a related field
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Commercial acumen and sound problem-solving ability
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Experience with tendering and contract administration processes
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience

Desirable:

• Infrastructure, construction or energy sector experience
• MCIPS or similar professional accreditation

• Salary from $129,500 to $160,900 + 12% superannuation + up to 15% STI
