For this role we are proud to offer a base salary starting from $85,000 plus 12% superannuation and yearly bonus eligibility up to 15%.

As Procurement Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring ElectraNet’s procure‑to‑pay processes operate efficiently, compliantly and with strong data integrity.
Working within the Finance Operations team, this role supports the integrity of purchasing activity across the organisation — ensuring alignment with the ElectraNet Procurement Policy, supporting vendor onboarding and compliance, and enabling accurate reporting and insights to support governance and decision‑making.
This is a hands‑on operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders, and who takes pride in getting the details right while continuously improving how things are done.
In this role you will:
You’re a detail focused and service oriented professional who enjoys working in structured, compliance driven environments where accuracy and consistency matter. You take ownership of your work, are comfortable operating independently, and understand the importance of reliable procurement processes in supporting broader business outcomes.
You bring a strong working understanding of SAP Procure to Pay processes, particularly the Materials Management (MM) module, and how purchasing activities influence downstream areas such as finance, reporting, compliance and supplier management. You’re confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to support data analysis, reporting and documentation.
You apply sound judgement in your day to day work and approach issues with a practical, solutions focused mindset. You manage recurring operational tasks reliably, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail even when juggling competing demands. You also value collaboration, contributing positively to a respectful and supportive team environment.
