About the Team
Procurement is a key Finance Function reporting to Andrew Krasner, Chief Financial Officer and led by Richard Goff, Chief Procurement Officer. WTW engages with a large number of suppliers for a wide range of goods and services with the annual value of the addressable spend in excess of $1.08bn.
The Sourcing and Category Management team is led by Tony Millings and responsible for sourcing WTW’s third-party suppliers by managing the most appropriate approach and selection processes, including:
Ensuring WTW manages clear and transparent processes;
De-risking supplier selection;
Ensuring value for money that supports our business units and corporate operations.
These arrangements vary in complexity and risk and we pro-actively engage with business stakeholders and corporate functions to provide guidance on the most appropriate Procurement sourcing route when engaging with third party suppliers.
We lead and manage these sourcing and contracting events with teams based in United Kingdom/United states & Mumbai for new and existing suppliers.
About the Role
The Procurement Category Analyst will support the Telecom category by partnering with global stakeholders (UK/US) to drive efficient sourcing, supplier management, and category planning. The role focuses on ensuring cost optimization, risk management, and smooth procurement operations while delivering high-quality service to internal business teams.
The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships, support sourcing activities, track contract renewals, and provide reporting insights, ensuring alignment with WTW’s global procurement strategy.
