Job Description

Join Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, as a Procurement Buyer (f/m/d) in Hungary or Germany and help ensure the efficient sourcing of goods and services that support our global operations. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure the best value, manage supplier relationships, and drive procurement excellence. What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability
• Process purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
• Build strong supplier relationships, manage procurement risks, and resolve supplier-related operative issues
• Maintain accurate procurement records and provide regular reporting and KPI updates

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, life sciences, or a similar industry
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and supplier management
• Experience working with procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
