We’re on the lookout for a commercially-savvy Procurement Business Partnerto join our expanding team at Lottoland If you’re someone who thrives in a hybrid role that blends big-picture thinking with practical, hands-on delivery, and loves to collaborate with senior stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll take the lead on procurement initiatives, help shape category strategies, and champion best practices across the business. What you will do:

• Lead and own sourcing activity across multiple categories - including full-cycle RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments such as finance, legal, marketing, and tech.
• Shape and deliver our procurement strategy, supporting annual planning and budget alignment.
• Oversee supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Promote procurement best practices, driving improvements in tools, processes, and adoption.
• Foster efficiency and adaptability through continuous process enhancement.

Who you are:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or commercial roles.
• You’re a confident communicator and relationship-builder, skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• You’re proactive, organised, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities.
• You’re well-versed in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• You’re energised by fast-moving environments and enjoy working independently.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with ERP systems (like Oracle or SAP) or hold a procurement qualification (like CIPS).
