Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage IM&S-related procurement activities end to end.
• Create and maintain spot purchase orders across different systems.
• Handle agreement management, PO confirmation, and proper documentation filing.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on procurement-related matters.
• Verify payment terms and coordinate resolution of exceptional notices.
• Support vendor master data setup and review processes.
• Manage purchasing of non-essential materials and services.
• Collaborate with sourcing colleagues to share best practices and drive procurement process improvements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Educational background in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
• Proficient in spoken English with solid written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrates strong learning capability and adaptability.
• Capable of cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in procurement-related roles is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience is a plus.
