We are looking for a Procurement Associate with a strong Sourcing/Procurement background who can also support Contract Lifecycle Management activities. The role will primarily focus on sourcing, procurement support, supplier coordination, RFx activities, contract support, and stakeholder engagement, while also assisting with CLM system administration, contract data management, reporting, and user support.

The expected role split is approximately 60% Procurement/Sourcing and 40% CLM Administration. This blended profile is based on the Procurement Associate and CLM Admin responsibilities shared in the attached document.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Support sourcing and procurement activities across assigned categories, preferably including IT, services, software, telecom, professional services, or business services.

  • Assist in preparing and running RFx events, supplier evaluation, pricing analysis, and recommendation summaries.

  • Support supplier selection, commercial discussions, contract review, and negotiation activities.

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier analysis.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Legal, Finance, IT, and suppliers to support timely procurement execution.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and sourcing guidelines.

  • Support supplier and contract management, including issue resolution and process improvement.

CLM Administration & Contract Operations

  • Support day-to-day use of the CLM platform, preferably Agiloft or a similar tool.

  • Maintain contract records, metadata, supplier details, key dates, approvals, and repository data.

  • Assist users with CLM workflows, contract requests, approvals, reporting, and basic system queries.

  • Support CLM reporting, including contract status, renewals, expiries, cycle time, and usage reports.

  • Help maintain process documentation, user guides, and training material.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and CLM vendor/support teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, or contract operations.

  • Experience in RFx support, supplier coordination, contract review, and procurement processes.

  • Exposure to CLM, S2P, P2P, spend analytics, or procurement workflow tools preferred.

  • Agiloft experience will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, or a related field.

  • Procurement certification such as CPSM, CIPS, CPM, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract processes.

  • Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Attention to detail, especially in contract data, workflows, and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of CLM, P2P, S2P, or procurement systems preferred.
